Is There a Fitbit App That Reminds You to Drink Water?

Yes, several “drink water” reminder apps are compatible with the Fitbit app, fitbit.com dashboard, and its various wearables. You can sync these with your Fitbit profile to receive regular water reminders and log your daily water consumption.

The following applications are available across both Android and iOS platforms. We discuss the three most popular ones below:

1. Waterlogged

This award-winning app from Tyler Leonhardt is one of the most reliable Fitbit apps to keep tabs on your water intake. Available on both Android and iOS platforms, it lets you set a daily water goal and tells you how much more you have to drink to accomplish that goal.

In addition, it features quick log buttons that enable you to add glass, a bottle, or two bottles of water with a single tap. Plus, all the stats are automatically synced with your Fitbit profile, so you can easily access them.

2. Water Alert

This Fitbit application is available on the App Store. It lets you set daily drinking goals and draft your schedule. It sends you alerts and reminders to consume more water if you lag behind. You can also set custom reminders to sustain your hydrated lifestyle.

3. Hydrate

The Hydrate app lets you log your water consumption directly from your wrist. You can manually submit the number of ounces you have drunk or use the button to add the default volume. You can also adjust this volume rating to match your favorite bottle, making water logging easier.

Can You Set Reminders on Fitbit Charge 3?

Yes, you can set reminders to move on Fitbit Charge 3. It lets you choose a specific duration for when you want to receive them. The goal is to take 250 steps every hour for that duration. Once set up, the device will vibrate on your wrist, reminding you to get moving every time you fail to.

These reminders are designed to encourage healthy behavior. They are extremely useful for people who spend most of their day seated at an office desk. With them turned on, you can get that little nudge to get up from the desk and take a short walk around the office.

Charge 3 does not support water reminders. This feature is available on the later model Charge 4. But you can use the reminders to move into a queue to drink some water.
